Shipping policy

Every Rooted Grace Co. item is made to order by hand in Palmetto, Florida. Your order ships once it's made, so please allow processing time plus shipping time.

Shipping method and delivery

Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after your order ships. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only (the lower 48 states). We do not ship internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Holiday orders

Order early for Christmas. Please count processing time plus shipping time when planning gifts, because orders placed close to the holidays can't be guaranteed to arrive by December 25.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at design@rooted-grace.com and we'll fix it if your order hasn't shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us. If your item arrives damaged, email design@rooted-grace.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we'll make it right.
